You'll dance to songs that empower you with positive words over and over again.
With affirmations and exercise, soon you'll see the change begin.

You'll be singing AFFIRMACIZE songs all day long!
AFFIRMACIZE is a unique fitness program for the body and mind, presented as an interactive
concert. It is performed and instructed by Dodie and Stephanie Stevens, who are mother and daughter,
and have been professional singer/dancers for decades. Dodie is best known for her #1 hit record,
“Pink Shoe Laces”. All the songs in this 45-minute program are written, recorded and choreographed
by this duo, using lyrics with positive messages to impress the mind and low impact dance exercises to
workout the body. You will feel like part of the show as you dance to easy-to-follow routines, while
listening to fun and uplifting music to sing...or just come and enjoy the concert! See you there :)
Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes to workout in. Cost is $10 per class. For more
